Established in 1973, AUSTREX was sold to Consolidated Press Holdings (CPH) in 1993. CPC is the pastoral division of Consolidated Press Holdings (CPH), which is recognised as Australia’s top performing privately owned company.

CPH sold AUSTREX to a consortium of investors including management in 2008. Management are focused on maintaining the reputation of AUSTREX as one of the worlds most professional suppliers of quality livestock..
